Morning: Now it’s time to start your tour. After your breakfast, we will pick you up to go to Sakkara, your first stop. Discover the ancient wonders of Egypt as you explore the Step Pyramid of Djoser, considered the world’s earliest large-scale stone structure.
– Lunch will be served at a countryside restaurant featuring authentic Egyptian cuisine

Afternoon: After lunch, we will continue the tour to the Giza Plateau. This is home to the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. You’ll see them rising dramatically from the desert sands. Continue to the Sphinx, and if you want, you can even go for a camel ride by the pyramids.
– After a day of sightseeing Egypt’s most famous landmarks, we will send you back to your hotel.

Day 3: Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) & National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

Your tour of Egypt will continue on your third day. For this day, you’ll visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

Morning: After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel, and we will drive to the Grand Egyptian Museum. Here, you will find treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb and many other interesting artifacts.

Afternoon: After this morning’s tour, enjoy a lunch of Koshari, the national dish of Egypt, served at a popular local restaurant, and then we will go to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. This is another fascinating museum that showcases Egypt’s great history. One of the highlights is seeing the Royal Mummies Hall, which houses the preserved remains of Egypt’s greatest pharaohs.

Day 4: Old Cairo, Islamic Cairo & Khan El Khalili Bazaar

On your fourth day, we will take you to Old Cairo, a busy neighborhood at the heart of the city.

Morning: From your hotel after your breakfast, we will head straight to Old Cairo for a day of sightseeing. Discover historic churches, including the Church of St. Sergius, the Holy Crypt that housed the Virgin Mary and Christ during their trip to Egypt, and the Hanging Church.

Afternoon: The tour continues to Islamic Cairo, where you will visit beautiful mosques and some ancient architectural sites.

Day 5: Fly to Luxor for Nile River Cruise – East bank Trip

Over the next five days, you will be sailing across the majestic Nile River onboard a luxury ship.

Morning: After having breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up to send you to Cairo Airport, where you will take your flight to Luxor.
– Upon arriving in Luxor, we will assist you in checking in for your Nile River Cruise; a relaxing lunch on board will be served.

Afternoon: Your afternoon will be spent exploring some sights in Luxor, such as the Karnak Temple, home to the vast Hypostyle Hall with towering columns. We will also stop at the elegant Luxor Temple, which shines beautifully in the evening.

– Dinner will be on your cruise ship, which may also include some entertainment to welcome you on board.

Day 6: Luxor West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut & Colossi of Memnon

Your amazing tour around the west bank in Luxor with an Egyptologist guide; then your ship will sail towards Aswan.

Morning: Early breakfast on the ship; a chance to have a Hot Air balloon ride is available; then the first stop for the day is the Valley of the Kings, which is the final resting place of the pharaohs. You will also find here the tomb of Ramses IV, and you will enter inside Three Royal tombs of the pharaohs.

– You will go to the terraced Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. The final stop will be at the monumental Colossi of Memnon.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, you will then return to your ship as it sails towards Aswan, with lunch on board, and ready to navigate on the Cruise board to cross the Esna lock and enjoy the sailing on the Nile.

Day 7: Edfu Temple & Kom Ombo Temple

The next stop on your Nile River Cruise is Edfu, an ancient city along the West Bank.

Morning: After you have your breakfast on board, we will take you on a sightseeing tour of Edfu, home to the Temple of Horus, a beautifully preserved temple, and considered one of the finest examples of Ptolemaic architecture.
After your morning tour, we will take you back to your ship for lunch, as it continues to sail towards Kom Ombo.

Afternoon: Your afternoon will be spent exploring Kom Ombo, including the double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. Before returning to your ship, we will stop by the Crocodile Museum.

– After enjoying a delicious buffet dinner on board, head to the bar to share some drinks with friends.

Day 8: Aswan Highlights Trip.

On your fourth day on the cruise, you will arrive in Aswan, a beautiful city known for its Nubian culture.

Morning: After your breakfast, we will pick you up from the ship so you can begin your tour of Aswan. The tour starts at the Temple of Philae, which is situated on an island and is dedicated to the goddess Isis; Next, we will visit the Unfinished Obelisk to discover the ancient techniques used to quarry massive statues and pillars directly from the bedrock in ancient Egypt.

– Back to the Nile Cruise for lunch on board with a little relaxation on board before enjoying another adventure of the Aswan trip.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile. This is a traditional wooden sailing boat that’s wind-powered.

After breakfast, you will disembark your cruise. We will then send you to Aswan Airport, where you will take a flight to Cairo.

You can take an optional trip to the Abu Simbel temples this morning. It can be booked on the spot.

In Cairo, you will stay overnight at your hotel and spend your final evening in Egypt there.
