In the city of Luxor, on the western banks of the Nile, there are two huge statues, each about 18 meters high, and each weighing about 720 tons. They are the Colossi of Memnon. are on from the Nile cruise visit during your trip.
In fact, these two statues represent Amenhotep III, one of the pharaohs of the Eighteenth Dynasty in the ruling dynasty of ancient Egypt. The incomplete Aswan Obelisk is an obelisk that was carved from pink granite in Egypt. It was called the Unfinished Obelisk due to its incomplete construction. Archaeologists have confirmed that if this obelisk had been completed, it would have been the largest and heaviest obelisk in the entire world. It weighs 1168 tons, is 41.75 meters long, has a base width of 4 meters and 20 cm, and its top is 2 meters and 40 cm.
