Children Policy
- Infants (0 to under 6 years): Stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ cabin.
- Children (6 to under 12 years): Receive a 50% discount off the adult rate when sharing the parents’ cabin.
- Ages 12 and above: Are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.
- Age Verification: The child’s age will be determined based on their age at the time of cruise embarkation.

- Meet upon arrival at the airport with a representative who will provide transfer service directly to your Nile cruise ship for embarkation.

- Meet and assist service upon arrival & departure.
- All excursions are led by a certified Egyptologist Guide.
- Assistance of our personnel during your stay and excursions.
- All transfers are by a modern air-conditioned, deluxe private vehicle.
- The package price is fully inclusive of all applicable Egyptian government taxes and VAT.
- All Nile Cruise excursions, as mentioned in the itinerary private.
- Entrance fees to all sights in and between Luxor and Aswan.
- Complimentary bottled water and soft drinks are provided during all daily excursions.

Cancellation Policy
- 25% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 60-31 days before the embarkation date.
- 75% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 30- 15 days before the embarkation date.
- 100% of the total stay will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days before the embarkation date.
- Different cancellation policies may apply for peak travel periods and some departures. Always refer to the booking confirmation form.
- In case of no show, the full cruise will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of a Force majeure case, such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, sudden legal changes, or any other reason beyond T/A’s control, no cancellation fees will be applied.
